Subscription Policy
Subscription and Payment Policy
We offer flexible plans to meet different user needs, whether you're a hobbyist just getting started or a professional developer who needs the most powerful features. For individual users, CodeBuddy offers Free and Pro (monthly/yearly) subscription plans.
Subscription Types
- Monthly Subscription: You can enable or disable auto-renewal. If enabled, your subscription will automatically renew 1 day before expiration. Each month is calculated as 30 calendar days. This is a great way to maintain flexibility.
- Yearly Subscription: Pay for the entire year at once. This plan provides 1000 credits per month and is the best choice for long-term users.
Credits Add-on Package
Pro users can purchase credits add-on packages at any time during their subscription period if monthly credits are exhausted early, ensuring uninterrupted workflow. You can purchase multiple add-on packages, each valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that credits add-on packages are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Add-on package purchases require an active Pro subscription.
Payment Policy
- Only one subscription plan can be active at a time.
- Your billing cycle starts from the day you subscribe. You can view your subscription history in the "Billing History" section of your profile page at codebuddy.ai.
Refund Policy
If you haven't used any Pro benefits within 24 hours of subscribing, you can request a refund by sending your CodeBuddy account information to codebuddy@tencent.com or joining our support group. Our support team will process your request as soon as possible. Refunds that do not meet these policy requirements will not be supported.
